It was perfectly fine in general: extremely spacious room, top location short walk to the old town and very easy access from the free parking as well as the cathedral...

I had a great stay at this place, the location was perfect with a spacious room and beautiful views of the cathedral and river from the rooftop, looking forward to visiting again.

Great location, with a private balcony overlooking the river and Old Town. Close to transportation. Clean room with comfortable beds. Spacious and well-equipped. Helpful staff and fast check-in.

I had a great time during my recent stay at Flateli Ballesteries. The apartment was upgraded due to a water boiler issue, and it was fantastic. The newly renovated apartment was stylish and modern, with brand-new furniture. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to everything. The staff even organized a free pick-up for me from the train station, which was a lovely surprise. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a wonderful view of the street. The apartment was also conveniently located near shops and supermarkets.

I had an amazing stay at a place with a convenient location near the bus and train station, and had the chance to visit a fantastic restaurant called Brots de Vi where the host was very welcoming.

We loved the beautiful old building in the middle of the old town. the friendly host made our stay even better. the apartment was well equipped and modern, with a balcony overlooking the river. the water pressure was excellent and the water nice and hot. the location was perfect and we enjoyed having a kettle, toaster, and microwave. the high ceiling in the spacious room added to its charm. we had a great experience.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Sink leaked like a waterfall, bin turned into a stinky swimming pool. No response from staff, but at least they left some towels outside.

The rooms here are very spacious and stylish, in a great location near the old quarter and plenty of restaurants and cafes, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This centrally located accommodation is perfect for exploring the sights of the city. Situated on a pedestrian street, guests can easily access the medieval quarter and enjoy the charm of the old town. the bakery next door provides delicious morning croissants, and there is a convenient supermarket nearby for any grocery needs.

Some guests experienced a lack of cleanliness in the rooms, with unpleasant odors and issues with the shower not being attached to the wall.
